Pastor

Reverend Doctor Josh Blair

Pastor Josh came to Faith Lutheran in the summer of 2022. He has previously served congregations in Duluth and the Southern Minnesota town of Glenville. Pastor Josh lived across the country, growing up in places like Alabama, California, Minnesota, and New York. He calls Hinckley home, though. Pastor Josh loves living in the Northwoods, close to family and friends. He is a huge Twins fan and tries to get to as many games as possible. He also has a Basset Hound named Lettie. Pastor Josh loves calling the Mille Lacs Lake area home and serving the people of Faith Lutheran!

Pastor Josh completed his Bachelor of Arts degree from Arizona State University and his Master of Divinity from Luther Seminary. In May 2023, he graduated with his Doctor of Ministry degree from Liberty University.

Administrative Assistant

Kristi Pedersen

Kristi Pedersen has been our Administrative Assistant since November 2017, and is a life long member of Faith Lutheran Church. She has been married to her husband, Bob, since June 1985, and together they have three wonderful children and ten beautiful grandchildren. In her spare time, Kristi enjoys photography, gardening, crocheting, farming her goat, Oscar, and 24 chickens, and spending time with her family, especially her super adorable grandchildren.

Digital Media and Communication Specialist

Danie Powell

Danie has been working with Faith Lutheran since January of 2023 and brings her knowledge of digital media to serve Faith Lutheran's online audience by managing our social media and website.
