Faith Formation is an important part of the ministry of Faith Lutheran Church as we aim to encourage, foster, and accompany people as they grow in their faith in Jesus Christ.

Ministry Teams of Faith Lutheran Church

Worship & Music Ministry Team

Works with the pastor to plan meaningful and inspiring worship and music for regular and festive services throughout the year.

​

Prayer Ministry Team

Plans activities for all ages that will keep prayer at the center of our congregational life.  The team also acts as a prayer resource that will encourage members to deepen their prayer life.

​

Children, Youth, & Family Ministry Team

This team coordinates educational, social and service activities for children, youth and families. It helps fulfill our baptismal promise to support their growth in Christian faith. It creates spaces to enjoy and be enriched by sharing time with a faith focus.  All Faith Lutheran children from birth to adult are the subject of these plans.  Their friends are always welcome.

Local & Global Missions Ministry Team

Faith Lutheran addresses God’s mission of justice and love at local, regional, and global levels. Synod and church wide initiatives offer opportunities to participate financially in global solutions. Social needs are met locally with action and gifts.

Connect Ministry Team

Plans fellowship events that help members and friends of Faith to connect with each other socially.  The team also works on finding new and creative ways to invite and welcomes those from the wider community with our church community.​

Stewardship & Finance Ministry Team

Plans and implements our annual stewardship campaign and encourages members to grow in their giving both financially and with their gifts/talents throughout the year.

Memorial Ministry Team

The mission of the Memorial Ministry is to keep the memorials of departed loved ones alive and to preserve the history of Faith Lutheran Church through the memorials and honorariums that have been given.

​

Building & Property Ministry Team

Cares for the building and property of the church through continual maintenance and improvements as a witness to invite others to our church home.
