September 2025 Prayer Ministry

WE ARE THE CHURCH…for the people “Paul appeals to the church in Corinth, by the name of Jesus Christ, to be in agreement and avoid divisions, urging them to be united in thought and purpose.” 1 Corinthians 1:10

God sent Jesus for all people. Before He left this earth, he encouraged all who believed in him to carry on the work he had started. He knew the work would not be easy and that they would need a support system. Thus the early church began where people came together to support and uplift one another in the work that needed to be done. They carried on the work Jesus had started. They met in homes where they studied, prayed and reached out to the last, the least, the lost and the lonely. Over the years, people have continued to come together to be guided by the truth of God’s word. Together they found fellowship with other believers. They found encouragement and support in doing Christ’s work. They found ways to develop fruits of the Spirit and to bear fruit within the community they served. They came with open arms and welcomed...
